She has been a senior Account Manager for a global corporate training organisation responsible the training requirements of companies including NATO and FAO of UN. She has experience in the sectors of Financial Services, Insurance, Sales,Local and Central Government, Recruitment and Education.

Vital Futures Director, Saskia Clements is a highly experienced coach and facilitator, with a strong corporate background, who is passionate about working with individuals, teams and organisations to achieve outstanding results. With over 10 years experience in coaching and facilitation, Saskia is skilled at enabling significant, sustainable change. She has a background in marketing at both multinational and SME level. Saskia, who has been described as an infectiously positive person and transformational coach, was awarded NZ Coach of the Year in 2011 and NZ Trainer of the Year in 2010 (Neuroleadership Group).
